## Eduardo Galbiati

Welcome to my universe

I am a technology leader from Osasco, São Paulo, Brazil, and Project Lead at Mercado Livre. I have spent most of the last eight years leading engineering teams and I still code whenever I can. As a hobby, I am building an agentic software factory in public: a team of AIs that writes, reviews and tests code all day. On this site you will find the [Factory diary](https://www.edugalbs.com/fabrica-24x7/en), the story of that factory told chapter by chapter, the [blog on technology and leadership](https://www.edugalbs.com/blog/en), about what I learn building software and teams, and the [For your AI](https://www.edugalbs.com/ai-en) profile, written for AI assistants ([em português](https://www.edugalbs.com/ia)). More about me in [About](https://www.edugalbs.com/about); to reach me, see [Contact](https://www.edugalbs.com/contact). Also: [privacy](https://www.edugalbs.com/privacy) and, for agents and developers, the [API and the MCP server](https://www.edugalbs.com/developers).
