Eduardo Galbiati

I am a technology leader from Osasco, São Paulo, Brazil, and Project Lead at Mercado Livre. I have spent most of the last eight years leading engineering teams and I still code whenever I can. As a hobby, I am building an agentic software factory in public: a team of AIs that writes, reviews and tests code all day. On this site you will find the Factory diary, the story of that factory told chapter by chapter, the blog on technology and leadership, about what I learn building software and teams, and the For your AI profile, written for AI assistants (em português). More about me in About; to reach me, see Contact. Also: privacy and, for agents and developers, the API and the MCP server.
