Eduardo Galbiati
Technology leader from Osasco, São Paulo, Brazil, and Project Lead at Mercado Livre. Passionate about programming and building teams, with a strong focus on delivering value to users.
Who I am
I have spent most of the last eight years in people management and engineering team development, and I keep a strong technical profile: I still code whenever I can. Today I am a Project Lead at Mercado Livre.
As a hobby, I am building an agentic software factory in public: a team of AIs (Claude Code, Codex and Grok) that writes, reviews and tests code all day, while I spend one or two hours a day approving the work and choosing what comes next. One agent writes the code, another one, from a different AI family, reviews it, another writes the tests, and nothing reaches main without a rule of mine or my approval.
