Privacy policy

edugalbs.com is the personal site of Eduardo Galbiati, who is responsible for the data described here. It sells nothing, shows no ads and collects only what it needs to understand visits and send you what you asked for.

What is collected and why

Visit statistics (Google Analytics)

Every page uses Google Analytics 4, by Google, which sets cookies in your browser and records the pages you visit, where you came from, your device and browser type, your approximate location and a few actions (entering the diary, subscribing to the newsletter, copying the prompt of For your AI). It tells what people read. You can block these cookies in your browser or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Factory diary newsletter

If you subscribe to the diary, we keep your email, your name (if you give it) and the page where you subscribed. They are used only to announce new chapters.

Multiagent Orchestrator waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we keep your name, email, phone number, the page you came from and your consent. They are used to contact you about access to the beta.

Hosting, API and MCP server

The site runs on Vercel, which records technical data of each request (such as IP address and browser) to operate and protect the service. The API and the MCP server use your IP address, only in memory and for one minute, to apply the rate limit; the site does not store it. Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when serving them.

Who holds the data

These services may store data outside Brazil. Your data is not sold or given to anyone else.

Your rights

Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD), you can ask which of your data is stored, have it corrected, or leave the newsletter and the waitlist and have your data deleted. Write to eduardo.galbiati@gmail.com. The newsletter and waitlist data is kept for as long as the subscription exists.

If this policy changes, the date below changes with it. The Portuguese version is the reference.
